Once you become Obeya Coach, your accreditation includes access to a state-of-the-art toolkit and the Obeya Coach community.

Provide Obeya trainings and demo’s anytime, anywhere with state-of-the-art iObeya software.

Objectively assess and track Obeya maturity in order to continuously improve Obeya practices.

Coach and guide Obeya Builders and Hosts on skills and attitudes with professional assessment tooling.

Meet-up, learn and share best practices within the Obeya Coach network with events organized to support eachothers growth.

The role of Obeya Coach is suited for those who are highly experienced in the Obeya methodology, equipped to educate, mentor, and lead both individuals and organizations. As an Obeya Coach, you will employ a comprehensive toolbox of Obeya knowledge and techniques, enabling you to evaluate and enhance the practice and impact of Obeya across various settings.

During a multiple week Obeya Coach training & accreditation programme, you’ll experience in-depth coaching practice, gained through a programme of advanced-level training, supervision, assessment, and feedback. You will be guided by expert level Obeya professionals in your journey to become an Obeya Coach.

The Obeya Coach community is a fast-growing, international network with over 50 accredited Obeya Coaches. Many Obeya Coaches work as consultants, Agile Leads, or trainers at one of our Training Partners, or work at an organization that has implemented its own Obeya. We also see many independent or freelance trainers eagerly adding Obeya to their training portfolio. We welcome this variety as it brings professional diversity to our community.

Once you’ve gained your certification as an Obeya Coach, the annual accreditation fee is €500, excl VAT. This fee includes access to the Obeya toolkit, the digital Obeya training room, and the Obeya Coach community and network activities. However, to access the training content you need to train at Builder and Host levels, you need to be part of our global Training Partner network. There are various options to make this happen:

• You work at a training/consultancy company that wants to become a Training Partner.

• You may affiliate yourself with a Training Partner who works with a pool of freelance trainers (e.g., Xebia) or consultants (e.g., Towson, Eraneos).

• You like to surround yourself with a group of individual freelance Obeya Coaches working together as Training Partner. If this initiative resonates with you, you may want to join the Obeya Training Cooperation instead.
